New Clients

Please complete the intake forms prior to your visit and allow additional 0.5 hours to for your new client orientation. Let us know if you need to complete the forms in office. We will provide blank forms, but please at least review the online forms to allow you to bring all needed information.

Minors
Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent and will be required to have a consent form signed by the parent.

Modesty
We always preserve client modesty by draping with a sheet that is adjusted to expose only the part of the body being treated at the time. Standard areas treated during massage therapy are back, gluteals, scalp, face, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, chest, abdomen.  The areas included depend on the purpose of the massage. For their comfort, clients may opt out of any areas. Genitalia is never part of our massages.

Cancellations 
We understand the occasional need to cancel your session. Please provide a 24-hour notice via a
PHONE CALL to avoid paying for the time we reserved and the pre-work we do for you. (Texting NOT reliable; NOT acceptable)  

Tardiness

Please arrive on time so you will receive your full treatment.  Because there are appointments and commitments scheduled after yours, your session may be shortened by the number of minutes you are late, and you will be charged the full fee.
